Ligature is a weekend-long design symposium run entirely by students and features talks and workshops with highly recognized guest designers. The exhibition and accompanying events are intended to motivate, inspire, and create greater design awareness throughout our community.

Ligature consists of a student exhibition juried by visiting designers, alumni, and local designers. The other integral parts of the event are the guest designers' portfolio reviews, lectures, and workshops. This year we are privileged to have New York based designer Frank Chimero and Portland based designer Kate Bingaman-Burt as our visiting designers.
