Game of Thrones Marketing

The HBO show Game of Thrones deals with a principal theme of revolution and anarchy. These posters take popular counter-establishment phrases and imagery and integrate it together with imagery and text from the show. By blurring the lines between reality and fiction these posters aim to relate on a historical level and catch the interest of potential viewers. For current viewers, the posters have a much simpler goal of reminding them of when the show premieres its next season.
